Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Xenia, OH
Are you a CDL-A driver on the lookout for an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Midwest with outstanding equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that gets you home every week.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you have quality time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily transport dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations, minimizing physical work and allowing you to focus on driving.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
