Travel Pharmacist Job

- Core responsibilities: dispense medications accurately and efficiently; provide patient counseling on indications, dosing, interactions, and side effects; perform medication therapy management to optimize therapeutic outcomes; monitor for adverse reactions and safety concerns; collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care; comply with all regulatory and quality standards; document interventions clearly in the patient record; participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical learning.
