Position Summary We are searching for a motivated Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations and administrative coordination for parking and field teams in Cincinnati. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and eager to grow within operations management. Key Responsibilities * Assist operations managers with daily scheduling and coordination. * Support communication between field staff and office teams. * Organize documents, reports, and operational updates. * Help track staff assignments and shift coverage. * Assist with basic administrative and data entry tasks. * Provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Basic computer and data entry abilities. * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
