About This Role
We're seeking passionate and dedicated educators to bring their expertise to our childcare community. Previous experience in early childhood education is a plus, but not a requirement for this role.
What You'll DoDevelop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote children's learning and development.
Provide exceptional care and attention to each child, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Maintain adherence to all regulatory guidelines, including those set by Step Up and Licensing.
Accurately document children's progress, activities, and events in a timely and organized manner.
Foster effective communication with colleagues and the center director to ensure seamless teamwork and collaboration.
RequirementsA minimum of a High School Diploma
Nice To HavesA strong desire to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education.
A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support and collaborate with colleagues.
Unwavering enthusiasm for the role and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
The ability to take initiative and proactively address challenges and opportunities that arise.
