We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team in Aurora, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and safety.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing preferred.
- Proven experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
