Nesco Resource is looking for an Office Admin candidate Part-time for a local, west side manufacturing facility. Ideal candidate will have experience in A/R, Quickbooks, and other accounting systems. The hours are 9am-2pm daily and pay is between $25-$30/hr based on experience. Hours: 9am-2pm Monday - Friday (20-25 hours a week)
Pay: $25-$30/hr based on experience
- Invoicing customers through our custom software platform (synced with QuickBooks).
- Processing customer payments in QuickBooks
- Preparing deposits
- Managing A/R collections
- Processing purhcase orders and packing list reconciliation in QuickBooks.
- Answering incoming calls to the office (low incoming call volume).
- Paying vendor invoices and printing checks in QuickBooks.
- Administrating the weekly employee payroll submission to ADP (ADP processes our payroll)
- Administrating the weekly Temp worker hours submission to the temp agency
- Handling month end tasks and entries in QuickBooks in coordination with our CPA firm.
- Reconcile our bank statement and credit card statements and related entries in QuickBooks.
- Processing monthly tax filing data entry via related government portals.
- Handling EFTs as needed
- Other administrative and data-driven processes connected to accounting systems/reporting.
