Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted expert delivering comfort solutions to residential customers every day. You’ll put your technical skills to work by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems—including AC units, furnaces, boilers, and mini-splits—while providing outstanding service that ensures each customer feels confident in their home’s comfort. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Serve residential customers with a positive, professional attitude.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
- Diagnose, service, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including ACs, Furnaces, Mini-splits, Boilers, etc.
- Recommend solutions and provide guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Complete service reports and document all work accurately.
- Should never have to run a recall as they ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied before they leave their home.
What Does It Take?
- 2 years of HVAC field experience, service preferred
- EPA Type II or Universal certification required
- Valid Driver's license required
- Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus!
- Strong critical thinking skills necessary to adjust to the demands of the job
- Safety is always on your mind. Whether it be on the road, or in the field.
