Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted expert delivering comfort solutions to residential customers every day. You’ll put your technical skills to work by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems—including AC units, furnaces, boilers, and mini-splits—while providing outstanding service that ensures each customer feels confident in their home’s comfort. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

• Serve residential customers with a positive, professional attitude.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
• Diagnose, service, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including ACs, Furnaces, Mini-splits, Boilers, etc.
• Recommend solutions and provide guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
• Complete service reports and document all work accurately.
• Should never have to run a recall as they ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied before they leave their home.

What Does It Take?

• 2 years of HVAC field experience,  service preferred
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Valid Driver's license required
• Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus!
• Strong critical thinking skills necessary to adjust to the demands of the job
• Safety is always on your mind. Whether it be on the road, or in the field.
• Ability to work in a physical environment, regularly required to stand, walk, climb ladders, sit, squat, bend, twist, reach with arms, talk, or hear, and use hands. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 lbs. 

Pay:

• $25-$30 per hour plus commission, depending on experience 
• Sign-On Bonus: Potentially - Up to $10,000.00 for candidates who currently hold a current NATE certification AND EPA Universal certification
