Engineering hardware design - spring
Are you ready to challenge yourself, step outside your comfort zone, and learn from some of the most experienced engineers in the industry? As an Engineering Hardware Design Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the design, development, and validation of cutting-edge hardware products and integrated test and measurement systems.
This role offers exposure to real-world engineering projects while developing critical technical skills in design, troubleshooting, and system performance testing.
What You'll Do

As a Co-op, you will work closely with our engineering team to:

Support design and layout activities for analog and digital hardware systems.
-
Assist with troubleshooting, defect tracking, and root cause analysis.

Execute test plans, perform regression testing, and validate product performance.

Participate in schematic reviews, documentation review, and fixture design.
-
Gain exposure to technical specification testing and validation processes.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement by recognizing patterns, solving problems, and recommending solutions.
What We're Looking For
-
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Working knowledge of analog and/or digital hardware design (required).

Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, Visual Basic, Java, or Perl is strongly desired.

Experience working in Windows, Unix, or Linux operating systems environments is a plus.

Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment.

Strong understanding of fundamental engineering concepts and principles.
