Industrial Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire Opportunity
2nd Shift – Monday –Friday , 3:30pm–12:00am
Competitive Pay Based on Experience
Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity within a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in an industrial setting. Experience with CNC Machines is required.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform break-fix repairs
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, controls, and lighting systems
- Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for troubleshooting
- Support CNC machinery, control systems, and related equipment
- Perform welding as needed (MIG, TIG, or ARC)
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment
- Follow lockout/tagout and all plant safety procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Maintenance certification or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, PLCs, and control systems
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) work preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and self-direct
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Regular lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and tool usage
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and machinery
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am - OT is available
