Experienced Property Manager

Banyan Living is looking for an Experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team in managing our luxury multifamily residential properties. This pivotal role will be responsible for the overall performance of designated properties, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and compliance with industry best practices.

As an Experienced Property Manager, you will be tasked with leading a team of dedicated professionals, effectively managing property operations, including leasing, maintenance, financial management, and resident relations. Your extensive knowledge of the multifamily housing market will help drive high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all property operations, ensuring efficient daily management and resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and property performance metrics to enhance profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment by training and mentoring staff, ensuring they provide top-notch service.
• Conduct regular property inspections, maintaining maintenance standards and property presentation.
• Build strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to property management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of property management experience, preferably in the multifamily sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-end or luxury residential properties.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• Expertise in financial management, including budget preparation and expense control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with property management software, particularly Yardi Voyager.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• A valid driver's license and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as necessary.
