Order Fulfillment Specialist:

This is NOT your average order fulfillment or packing/shipping position. We put immeasurable care into everything we do and are proud to put Youngstown on the map for being the world's largest producer of authentic handmade kolachi. We are a high volume - food manufacturing facility. Be part of a team that bakes, packages, and ships products that will be delivered directly to our customers' front doors! Job duties and departments are very seasonal so you will move around and learn many things. We're seeking multiple enthusiastic individuals that show a high attention to detail.

Requirements:

~ Must be able to follow instructions and be trainable

~ Must Be organized, with high attention to detail.

~ Must meet dress code due to food safety requirements (no piercings, jewelry, piercing spacers, false nails, nail polish, false lashes).

~ Ability to read small print of product flavors and quantities to package.

~ Must work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.

~ Communicate with team members and managers.

~ Ability to multi-task.

~ Maintaining a clean and safe work area.

~ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 or more pounds.

~ Ability to operate commercial ovens with little to no errors

~ Ability to work with dough, which can be physically demanding

~ Ability to work on your feet at a fast pace for extended periods of time.

~ Ability to go in and out of a freezer for products

Duties Include but Not Limited to:

~ Packaging & Shipping Orders

~ Baking

~ Cleaning

~ Assisting Customers

Shift times:

~ Full-Time is M-F 7AM-3PM, or 8AM-4PM

~ Part-Time may be available during listed hours.
