Position Summary

A supportive team environment within a global leader in industrial engineering.

We're looking for a Manual Finish Grinder who takes pride in doing things right; someone who enjoys seeing the direct results of their work and wants to grow in a company that is willing to invest in their future.

What You'll Do:

• Grind synthetic diamond material to create high-precision cutting tools.
• Monitor machines and make fine adjustments to achieve exact dimensions and surface finishes.
• Perform shop math (standard and metric) to calculate dimensions.
• Inspect each tool using optical comparators and precision gauges to ensure top quality.
• Verify finished parts to meet customer print specifications.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards using proper tools and procedures.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the team:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Shop math skills and attention to detail
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow
• Technical school or shop experience a plus
