Mill Machinist

5 Axis CNC Mill Machinist - 37/hr - 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a 5 axis mill.
• Perform an average of one setup per shift.
• Execute tool offsets as required, averaging 30 to 50 offsets per day.
• Manage lot sizes that vary from 40 to 80.
• Handle cycle times that vary from 3 minutes to 8 hours, with an average of 10 minutes.
• Work with materials such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, and inconel.
• Perform G&M code edits on existing programs.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience setting up and operating a 5 axis CNC mill.
• 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• 3+ years of experience performing tool offsets independently.
• 3+ years of experience performing G&M code edits at the machine.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Mazatrol is a plus.
• Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, or inconel is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dayton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
