Sales Representative – In-Store Sales (Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, Cold Plunges, Saunas)

Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our premium wellness product line, including hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, and saunas. Your role is to engage customers, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance to help them choose the best products to enhance their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store, providing detailed product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products based on their needs and budget.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and informative shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or specialty wellness products, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle products.
• Ability to explain technical features in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills for sales tracking and reporting.
