Our client seeks a Senior Product Delivery Manager to support the Experience Design Studio and lead transformation initiatives across the Experience Design organization. The role focuses on reporting frameworks, portfolio delivery, and operational excellence in a design operations context. The manager will standardize Jira reporting, build performance dashboards, and drive cross-functional delivery with product designers, research, engineering, and stakeholders. The work will improve intake, visibility, and outcomes across design portfolios.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

Support reporting and delivery projects for the Experience Design Studio at 50 percent capacity, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with goals.

Lead across peers and partner groups by managing up, across, and below.

Operate effectively in ambiguous contexts and drive creative, proactive problem solving.

Translate vision into actionable plans and tactics.
-
Establish data and reporting dashboards for design team performance, project progress, and key metrics.

Standardize Jira reporting processes and templates across design and delivery projects.

Prepare and deliver data-driven executive presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Improve and optimize the intake process for the Experience Design organization.

Support efforts to simplify and enhance customer and employee experiences.

Initiate and lead projects through discovery, ideation, research, and design-thinking with cross-functional partners.
-
Develop and document processes, templates, and best practices for efficient collaboration.

Apply project management methodologies to deliver scope on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Lead cross-team communication to align technology partners, designers, and stakeholders through project phases.

Build project plans, assignments, monitor work, identify resources, conduct quality reviews, and manage issues.

Track milestones and adjust project and resource plans as necessary.

Maintain complete and current project documentation.

Communicate appropriately with stakeholders and product owners throughout the lifecycle.

Meet with internal customers to provide status, gather feedback, and resolve project needs.

Oversee timelines and quality of third-party vendor and internal deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery timelines and outcomes.
Experience Requirements:
-
10+ years of project management experience, ideally supporting product design teams.
-
5+ years leading project work and/or teams.
-
Familiarity with the design-thinking process.
-
In-depth understanding of multiple project management disciplines.
-
In-depth understanding of design, research, and roles within the product design lifecycle.
-
Experience collaborating with UX research, accessibility requirements, and development teams.
-
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
-
Strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
-
Experience defining key performance indicators and metrics.
-
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
-
Sound judgment and initiative.
-
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with peers and project members.

Experience preparing and delivering data-driven presentations across organizational levels.

Ability to manage and control project budgets.

Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
