Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Worker to join their team. As a vital part of the manufacturing process, you will support various operational activities, ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Job Title: General Production Worker

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $20.71 per hour

Shifts: Monday - Training on Days from 7am - 7pm then may move to Nights, 7pm - 7am. Must be open to work Days or Nights.

What's the Job?

• Perform manual labor tasks as directed to support production activities
• Lift, stack, band, load, and unload materials efficiently and safely
• Use hand tools and equipment such as load and unload material, supplies, and equipment from carriers and storage areas
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the plant
• Inspect and wash coater rolls, and record spoilage for production control

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and write, with basic math skills including addition and subtraction
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Steel-toed shoes are required; safety glasses, ear plugs, and arm sleeves will be supplied by the company
• Open to working in all areas of the plant, including freight cars and trucks
