Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Center Director to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, healthy, and educational environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators and support staff in a positive and collaborative manner.
• Implement curriculum and activities that support children's developmental needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with families, providing a welcoming and communicative environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and local childcare regulations.
• Manage budgeting, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of state childcare licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
