What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll :
- Perform meeting planning, preparation of documents, or basic coordination of tasks
- Will collect and compile records and documentation in an organized manner and file as appropriate
- Gather data and prepare standard reports with information necessary for decision making.

- Have excellent multitasking, communication, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Alpha and numeric filing skills
- Possess strong skills and operating knowledge of MS programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
