Accounts Payable Specialist
Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Hudson, OH | Hybrid (onsite during training)
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who enjoys research-driven AP work and wants to grow with a people-focused organization. This is not a high-volume invoice entry role-it's ideal for someone who values accuracy, problem-solving, and Excel-based analysis.
What You'll Do
- Audit and process employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and reimbursement issues
- Perform manual three-way matching and GL coding across multiple entities
- Use Excel daily for analysis, reconciliations, and reporting (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Support AP operations during an ERP transition and evolving processes
- Prior Accounts Payable experience required
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF statements)
- Experience with expense reporting and multi-entity accounting preferred
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently
- ~$24-$25/hour DOE.
- Temp-to-hire; direct hire is possible
- Monday-Friday, business hours
- Hybrid schedule after training; equipment provided
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
