Job Title: Chemical Batcher Operator

Shift: Day Shift (Flexible Scheduling)

Pay: $20 -- $25 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Summary

The Chemical Batcher Operator is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing chemical batches according to established formulas and production requirements. This role ensures that all materials are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining product quality and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to batch formulas and production instructions.
• Operate and monitor batching equipment, mixers, pumps, and related production machinery.
• Ensure accurate documentation of batch records, production logs, and inventory usage.
• Follow all safety procedures, chemical handling protocols, and company policies.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe operations.
• Verify product quality by monitoring batch consistency and following quality control procedures.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and maintaining proper storage of chemicals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in chemical batching, manufacturing, production, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to follow formulas, detailed instructions, and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating batch quantities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible day shift hours.
