Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Gujarati via phone calls or WhatsApp
• Explain and promote company products and services to potential customers
• Achieve daily targets of 220 calls with a minimum talk time of 2 hours 30 minutes per day
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the system
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the dealer network to achieve assigned sales percentage targets

Requirements

• Gujarati language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Must have a laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
• Interest or experience in telesales or sales is preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Salary & Incentives

• ₹12,000 CTC per month
• Up to ₹5,000 performance-based incentives
• Additional dealer percentage incentives as applicable
