BIM Designer
- CAD Drawings: Create and maintain detailed CAD drawings for customers and internal installation teams working on datacenter projects.
- Revit Modeling: Develop and manage Revit models to support project design and construction.
- Navis Integration: Utilize Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Autodesk Construction Cloud: Manage project data and collaboration using ACC.
- Communication: Present project updates and technical information to large groups during construction and engineering calls.
- Self-Starting: Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in VDC/BIM modeling, preferably in datacenter projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks required. Additional experience with other 3D modeling programs, SolidWorks, Inventor, Onshape, is a bonus!
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to large groups. Ability to effectively markup drawings to share with other teams to ensure consistency in manufactured materials.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and keep all stakeholders updated on progress.
- Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
