About the Role
Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center is seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and people-focused professional to serve as our Digital Marketing & HR Engagement Specialist. This dual-role blends digital branding with key HR support duties. You’ll manage and grow our online presence (social media, website, internal content) while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and engagement efforts from the HR side.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and people operations—someone who can build community and elevate our brand through storytelling, visuals, and consistent communication.
What You'll Do
- Digital Marketing & Creative Design
Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts: create content, schedule posts, and respond to messages/comments
Update and maintain the company website (news, hiring, engagement)
Design professional materials using Canva: flyers, social media posts, presentations, training decks, etc.
Use a personal professional camera to shoot and edit photos/videos for internal events, social media, and recruitment
Track social media performance and make data-driven improvements
Maintain a digital content calendar aligned with organizational goals
- HR Engagement & Recruitment Support
Assist the HR Manager with candidate pre-screening (calls, emails, and interview scheduling)
Create engagement content: staff shout-outs, wellness emails, new hire welcome slides, and HR newsletters
Capture orientation photos and support HR presentations with creative visuals
Monitor and respond to inquiries in the HR email inbox
Help organize and digitize onboarding/training materials
- What We're Looking For
Proficient with Canva (required)
Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies
Experience designing trainings, internal communications, or branded content
Owns a professional-grade camera (used for video and photo content creation)
Comfortable with content creation, recruiting communication, and internal email updates
Excellent writing, design, and organization skills
Prior experience in digital marketing, recruiting, or HR communications preferred
