Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time flex Courier Driver to join our team. Our flex drivers may drive a car, cargo van, or box truck, depending on that day’s business needs. This role is essential in providing our signature expedited delivery services across Ohio and surrounding states. The ideal candidate is someone who has a clean driving record, can pass an ODOT physical (includes a drug screen), and who shares our commitment to reliability, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Safely operate vehicles ranging from a car to a 26’ box truck, to transport packages and freight of various sizes and weights across designated areas.

· Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customer shipments, adhering to specific deadlines and instructions.

· Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries, including times, mileage, and any delivery issues.

· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety.

· Provide excellent customer service, handling delivery-related queries and concerns professionally and with a personal touch.

· Participate in training and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to pass an ODOT physical (includes drug screen).

· Previous experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles is preferred.

· Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

· Strong navigation skills and familiarity with local and regional routes.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, in line with delivery needs.

· High school diploma or equivalent.
