**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Monitor and coordinate communications for incidents and critical situations, responding in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Dispatch security personnel and resources as needed throughout the manufacturing and industrial location.
+ Maintain detailed logs and records of all security-related activities, incidents, and communications.
+ Communicate with on-site staff and management to relay important information and updates regarding incidents or requests for assistance.
+ Assist in the implementation of emergency response protocols and support Allied Universal team members during crisis situations.
+ Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities through ongoing monitoring and communication.
+ Support regular and random patrols by coordinating patrol schedules and maintaining contact with patrolling personnel.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
