W.F. Hann & Sons, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Residential/Commercial Installer for their Warrensville Heights, OH , location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established schedule for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both commercial and residential heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.

• Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
• Interact with homeowners and clients to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with residential and commercial HVAC systems
• EPA – Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
