Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Quality Control Supervisor for our client. This position is responsible for supporting the organization’s quality assurance and control processes by performing inspections, testing materials and products, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Perform inspections on raw materials, inprocess components, and finished products.
• Conduct routine quality tests (dimensional, functional, and visual).
• Document inspection results accurately in logs, databases, or quality management systems (QMS).
• Identify nonconformances and quarantine defective materials or products.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to verify compliance.
• Assist in internal audits and support external audits as needed.
• Communicate quality issues to production, engineering, and leadership teams.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, QMS software, ERP systems)
• Experience, GMP, Food Grade Warehousing, and other industry standards
• Analytical thinking
• Problemsolving

• Technical aptitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. (adjust based on your workplace)
• Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools
