Job Title: Seasonal Outdoor Helper
Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal
Location: Akron, Ohio
Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm weekdays
Duration: April to November
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Outdoor Helper to assist with various outdoor tasks during the busy season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically active, and can work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general outdoor labor such as landscaping, grounds maintenance, or site cleanup
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely (training provided if needed)
- Support team members with daily tasks and projects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions
- Capable of lifting mid-heavy weight items
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team
- Prior outdoor or labor experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment
- Primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, sun, light rain)
- May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $15 to $20
