Job Title : QA Testing Analyst: III (Senior)

Client: Established Banking client in Columbus, OH

Position Type : 6-month Contract with potential extensions

Onsite hybrid role : 4 days/week onsite in Columbus, OH, 1 day remote

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Tester / Business Analyst to join our banking client's dynamic team. This role combines the responsibilities of quality assurance testing with business analysis to ensure our products meet with highest standards of quality, usability and business value.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in the IT field.

· Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and life cycle - Scrum experience

· Hands-on experience with Test Management tools and Automation tools.

· Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and define clear actionable requirements

· Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.

· Experience in API testing.

· Knowledge of SQL, DB2 and databases for data validation.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams and business groups.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for functional regression, integration and user acceptance testing.

· Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality across applications.

· Identify, document and track defects and issues in collaboration with development teams.

· Establish and maintain test data, test environments and frameworks to support continuous testing

· Ensure compliance with QA best practices standards and methodologies.

· Contribute to the automation framework, implementing new test scripts and enhancing coverage.

· Partner with stakeholders to gather documents and analyze business requirements.

· Act as a liaison between business users product owners and technical teams to ensure alignment.

· Facilitate UAT user acceptance testing and ensure that deliverables meet business expectations.
