Location: Fletcher, OH 45326

Compensation: $30–$35 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Employment Path: Contract-to-hire (typically ~3 months) with weekly pay while on contract

A night in this role

At 7:00 PM, you step onto a production floor energized by growth. You lead a compact crew of 2–3 teammates, scan the ERP for priorities, and walk the line of brand-new robotic injection molding cells. You confirm material availability, set molds, dial in cycle times, and keep a close eye on the Haitian machines—tuning processes for quality and throughput. When a hiccup appears, you troubleshoot fast, coach operators on robotics fundamentals, and make quick maintenance adjustments—lubrication, oil checks, minor tweaks—to keep everything running safely and smoothly. Finished goods move to shipping, the floor stays organized, and you take ownership of improvements that elevate the entire operation.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and schedule a night crew of 2–3 production employees
• Run and oversee injection molding machines and integrated robotics
• Perform mold changes, process setups, and cycle development
• Monitor performance, identify root causes, and resolve processing issues
• Train operators on molding and robotic operation best practices
• Complete routine machine care (lubrication, oil checks, minor adjustments)
• Stage raw materials and help move finished product to shipping
• Continuously improve methods for quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Own the process in a fast‑moving startup setting

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 2+ years in plastics or injection molding manufacturing (preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership of operators or small teams
• Hands‑on experience with process setup, mold parameters, or robotics
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
• Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, hands‑on environment

Tools and tech
