Are you interested in being a key supporter of an evolving and new childcare program that strives to fit the childcare needs of many families that traditional daycares don’t accommodate? We’ve got some big dreams and are looking for individuals to join our team who are ambitious, energetic, and will champion our goals as our childcare grows.

We’re looking for an individual with high energy, who will
stay on schedule and assist in incorporating more outdoor activities,
educational lessons, art & craft time, and more; someone who will motivate
us to stick to and accomplish our continuous improvement goals.

We’re looking for a Childcare Teacher to join our Village in
the Mansfield/ Lexington area to head up our new educational
program for infants to 3 ½ year olds. We plan to utilize Brightwheel’s Experience
Curriculum monthly subscription boxes for our early childhood education
program, but we are open to other formats.

Great candidates will possess the following skills:

• Raised, assisted in raising children, or has worked with children up to 5 years old
• Previously worked in a childcare setting
• Experience with special needs children such as autism, ADHD, etc.
• Isn’t afraid of changing diapers and providing other basic childcare needs Assisted with potty training
• Self-motivated
• Actively engages with children
• Communication with parents
• Experience with daycare communication apps such as Procare

Candidates must:

• Pass a background check
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Their own reliable transportation- including in the winter
• No vaping or smoking of cigarettes
