Flatbed Hotshot Owner Operators - Home Weekly or 4-Week OTR | $4K-$6K Take Home

Take-home Job Summary:

We are hiring Flatbed Hotshot Owner Operators (CDL & Non-CDL) with their own truck and trailer. This position offers home weekly or long-term OTR options, strong weekly earnings, and full dispatch, compliance, and operational support.

Owner-operators running under our dispatch plan consistently generate $7,000–$8,000 gross per week, covering 2,500–3,500 miles weekly, with transparent load booking and driver approval before dispatch.

Earnings & Pay:

• 4-Week OTR: $4,000 – $6,000 per week (Take-home/net pay)
• 1-Week OTR / Home Weekly: $2,500 – $3,500 per week (Take-home/net pay)
• 85/15 split (you keep 85% of gross)
• Gross revenue potential: $7,000 – $8,500 per week
• TONU, layover, and detention paid
• Lowest insurance quotes available
• Rate confirmations are directly shared with you

Drivers who follow our dispatch plan have consistently made money.

Home Time Options:

• Home Weekly: Monday to Friday (5–6 days out)
• OTR: 1 to 4 weeks available (3 weeks recommended for maximum earnings)

Drivers may choose their own lanes (earnings vary by region)

Truck & Trailer Requirements:

• Flatbed hotshot only
• Single-ton or dually pickup truck required
• Gooseneck trailer 35–40 ft, with or without ramps
• Must own the truck and trailer
• If you do not own a trailer, rental options are available through us
• Owner-operators only. No company drivers.

Freight & Operating Regions:

• Dedicated lanes and spot market freight
• Primary regions include: IN, IL, MI, WI, OH, KY, TN, MO, PA, IA, NJ, NY, VA, TX, NC
• No forced cheap loads
• Rate confirmations are shared and approved before booking

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year flatbed hotshot experience
• Must know how to strap, tarp, and properly secure loads
• CDL or Non-CDL accepted
• Clean MVR (no major violations or serious accidents)
• Must carry your own auto liability insurance
• Valid medical card (for CDL drivers)
• Ability to obtain MVR from DMV
• Commitment to DOT compliance and safety

Additional CDL A Requirements (if applicable):

• IRP plates and IFTA registration
• Pre-employment drug test required
• Minimum 1 year CDL A experience

Non-CDL:

• Truck and trailer GVW must be under 17,000 lbs
