Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Operate production machinery used for mixing, filling, bagging, labeling, or packaging lawn and garden products
• Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and product specifications
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major concerns to maintenance or supervisors
• Ensure 100% order fulfillment by meeting production schedules and quality requirements
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with company standards

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience a plus
• Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
