What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a manufacturing strategy aligned with CNG’s growth objectives, sustainability commitments, and customer-centric focus
  • Leads the Manufacturing Operation Team, influencing enterprise-wide decisions and long-term planning
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and ownership, embedding lean principles and continuous improvement across all facilities
  • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, ensuring succession planning and talent development for critical roles

Operational Excellence

  • Provide executive oversight of CNG’s multi-site operations, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal performance
  • Drive initiatives that maximize throughput, reduce waste, and enhance quality standards to meet customer expectations
  • Establish and monitor enterprise-level KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
  • Oversee capital investment strategies, including equipment upgrades and technology adoption to support scalability and innovation

Financial Stewardship

  • Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strict cost control
  • Implement robust financial monitoring systems to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI on capital projects

Safety, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and CNG’s rigorous safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety and risk mitigation
  • Partner with Quality and Engineering teams to maintain industry-leading standards and support new product introductions

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Quality, Safety, CI, Sales, Finance, Human Resources and Technical teams to align production capacity with customer demand and sustainability goals
  • Partner with HR leadership to implement workforce development programs and talent management strategies
  • Act as a strategic liaison between manufacturing operations and executive leadership to ensure alignment and transparency

Innovation & Technology

  • Drive adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and automation to enhance efficiency and competitiveness
  • Lead initiatives that support CNG’s sustainability commitments, including waste reduction and energy efficiency improvements

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading multi-site operations in a complex, high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in lead manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement and methodologies
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and capital projects
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
