Live Event Warehouse Technician

PRIMARY ROLE

L!VE is currently hiring a Warehouse Technician to add to our growing live events team! The Warehouse Technician is the backbone of the company, ensuring all events (concerts and corporate) have the correct equipment, and it is returned in the condition it left. This position is typically an 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday work schedule. With advance notice, there may be occasions where work need to take place in the evening or weekends.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

L!VE uses a computer-based inventory system. You will be required to use this program to:

• Prepare and Return audio, video, lighting, rigging and scenic equipment for events and rentals
• Conduct periodic inventories
• To assist in the loading and unloading equipment for events and rentals.
• Driving the truck to and from the job site.
• To maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• To complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with little supervision
• Periodically assist with the maintenance of equipment

Helpful, but not required:

• Experience in Live Events (audio/lighting/video)
• Forklift Experience
• Truck Driving Experience (16' or larger), a CDL is not required

QUALIFICATIONS

• A High School diploma or the equivalent
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, superior analytical, communicative, and creative problem-solving proficiencies to evaluate and solve problems in a timely manner.
• A valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history (no more than one moving violation and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years)

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Walking/Standing on concrete flooring most of your day
• Climbing ladders (8'-12') to retrieve gear from shelving when preparing events
• Lifting at least 50 lbs. from the floor to head height on a repetitive
