Deine Aufgaben
Du übernimmst die gesamte Verantwortung für unsere nationale und internationale Vertriebsstrategie.
Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst unser Sales-Team weiter.
Du entdeckst neue Marktpotenziale und Vertriebskanäle und bringst frische Impulse ein.
Du bist verantwortlich für Umsatzplanung, Vertriebsziele und deren Umsetzung.
Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen und der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um strategische Ziele zu erreichen.
Du entwickelst KPIs und Reporting-Tools, um den Vertriebserfolg messbar zu machen.
Du pflegst Schlüsselkunden und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf.
Das bringst du mit
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem produzierenden Unternehmen.
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien.
Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren.
Analytisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit unternehmerischem Handeln.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
