Job Description
Crucial Link is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Fabrication Welder proficient in flux core welding in accordance with American Welding Society (AWS) standards. The ideal candidate will have six months to a year of experience in welding and fabrication. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to achieve AWS 3G certification within six months of employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform flux core welding tasks according to AWS standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Operate welding equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
- Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months to a year of experience in welding and fabrication.
- Proficiency in flux core welding.
- Ability to become AWS 3G certified within six months of employment.
- Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and specifications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
