Mancan in Northfield is assisting a local company who is looking for skilled Fabricators. This will be a 1st shift position and you must be available between 6am-6pm Monday-Friday Full Time. Pay will be based on experience.
Successful candidates must have experience in and be able to perform the following functions:2+ years fabricating experience
High School Diploma or GED, 2-4 year degree or training preferred but not required.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blue prints
Good math and problem solving skills
Highly mechanically inclined
MiG welding experience preferred but not required
Knowledge and ability to run and operate supporting equipment such as: Shears, Drill press, cut off saw and various hand tools.
Punctual and dependable
Maintain a good working relationship with co-workers
Open to instruction
The successful candidate should have a willingness to learn and advance. Temporary to Permanent Position: You will work as a Mancan Employee until the company hires you in directly, if/when they decide to do so.
