At Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths, we don’t believe in endless cold calls. We give you a focused list of 50–75 hot, high-potential leads —and it’s your job to turn those quality opportunities into booked appointments for our expert sales team.

This is not about dialing for dollars. It’s about focus, follow-through, and conversion. You’ll be speaking with people who already showed interest, and it’s your job to build quick rapport, ask the right questions, and lock in the appointment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls to warm and hot prospects —no cold calling
• Confirming interest, qualifying needs, and scheduling in-home estimates
• Tracking your calls, follow-ups, and conversions with precision
• Maximizing every lead —no fluff, no wasted calls

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven phone skills— you know how to lead a call, not just make one
• Someone who thrives on quality—not just chasing volume
• A professional, clear communicator with high standards
• Organized, consistent, and hungry to win with every opportunity

Compensation:

• Hourly base + performance bonuses
• Realistic earning potential: $25–$30+/hr with incentives (top reps making $60k -$68k a year)
