ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their insurance requirements, and recommend suitable coverage options.Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and build a strong customer base.Policy Review: Analyze existing policies, make recommendations for improvements, and provide necessary updates.Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details.Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance your sales approach.
RequirementsExperience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance or a related field, is desirable.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.Results-Driven: A strong motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.Professionalism: Present a polished and professional image while representing the agency.Local Presence: Reside in or near Cincinnati, Ohio, for in-person client meetings and networking events.
