About theRole:

As a CBREAccount Management Sr. Director, you will oversee the department responsiblefor delivering all client commitments and managing client relationships. Youwill play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring clientsatisfaction.

This will be asenior leadership role that will support a large Life Sciences client portfoliowith growth, building client relationships and development of teams of bothtechnical and non-technical staff including over 600+ employees with oversightof P&L over $150M+.

This is a fullyonsite role in Indianapolis, IN and we're open to relocation for the righthire. This person must reside in Indianapolis, IN.

What You'llDo:

Provide formalsupervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff.Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiringof new employees.

Coordinate andmanage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, andcross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor andcoach as needed.

Interact andconsult with clients to understand business needs. Coordinate the resourcesneeded to service projects, build strategic operational plans, and balance theexpectations of clients with the execution of work.

Manage severalclients simultaneously, while serving as a point of contact for systems andprocesses for new and current projects.

Oversee themanagement of sales and relationships with key customers. Ensure properservices and enhancements are being carried out. Troubleshoot and solveconflicts.

Direct theproject process. This includes developing project plans, creating a projectteam, and managing timeframes and performance.

Verify thetimely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs andobjectives as well as contract specifics.

Consult withinternal and client teams to define project requirements, investigating variousapproaches to attain end results.

Apply deepknowledge of multiple disciplines, broad industry knowledge, and commercialawareness to drive financial and functional performance within disciplines andacross business.

Conceptualizenew methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines orfunctions.

Direct theresolution of highly complex or unusual business problems by applying advancedcritical thinking.

Set and manageto achieve targets with broad impact on the function, business segment, orregional results.

Lead theexchange of sensitive, confidential, and difficult information and conveyperformance expectations.

Negotiate withsenior leaders across the business, customers, and external parties ofdivergent interests in reaching an agreement of strategic importance.

What You'llNeed:

Bachelor'sDegree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree,a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Prior LifeSciences industry preferred, not required.

Experience inthe areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring,measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

Leadershipskills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impactson own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.

In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.

Expertorganizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $200,000 to $230,000 annual base salary plus 30% target bonus based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience.
