ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential clients to understand their unique property and casualty insurance needs.
Develop tailored insurance proposals and present them effectively to prospective clients.
Guide clients through the policy selection process, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional post-sale support and service.
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to provide the best advice.
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience,
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex information clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
