Dental Patient Coordinator/ Receptionist

Chagrin River Dental is seeking a friendly, organized receptionist with dental insurance and practice-management software experience to manage front-desk operations and support patient care.
Key Duties:
- Greet patients, answer phones, schedule/confirm appointments
- Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, submit and follow up on claims
- Post payments, collect co-pays, and manage patient balances in practice software
- Maintain electronic records, scan documents, and manage recalls/reminders
- Communicate estimates and assist with referrals; follow HIPAA and office policies
Requirements:
- 1+ years front-desk dental or medical experience with insurance handling
- Proficiency in dental practice management software or similar
- Strong communication, data-entry, and customer-service skills
- Knowledge of CDT codes and basic billing/claims processes
Hours/Compensation:
- Full-time; 32 hours or more/ week
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Benefits include PTO and holiday pay. Other benefits may be available and are to be discussed during interview
