Electronic Data Interchange Analyst ( {{city}})

We are seeking a detail-oriented Membership Data Specialist to manage and process membership data using the AS400 system . In this role, youll coordinate data loads from various electronic sources, ensure accuracy and integrity of information, and serve as a liaison between internal teams, IT, and clients. This position requires strong data management skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and manage membership data efficiently and accurately in AS400
• Coordinate data transfers for new and existing plans with clients and internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in collaboration with IT, management, and client teams
• Respond to client service team inquiries regarding data submission requirements
• Use Excel, Access, and other PC-based tools to review and validate data
• Track and report on data submissions and loading processes
• Recommend improvements to systems and processes for better data handling and operational efficiency
• Maintain detailed records and documentation as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in data processing or administration (insurance industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of AS400 systems and mainframe computing
• Proficiency in Excel , Access , and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with third-party benefits and administration processes
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

*** Pay Rate- $47-$50/hour
