Associate Planner (paraplanner) - Onsite

Their staff of more than 50 professionals support a client base of over 475 companies. Our client serves clients nationally, as well as regionally in our primary market of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana from our administration center and headquarters located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Associate Planner (paraplanner) must be detail-oriented and a proactive financial professional, dedicated to supporting our clients' advisors and marketing support team with precision, and efficiency. The role includes implementing & maintaining comprehensive financial plans, client onboarding, trading, cashflow management, financial analysis & client reporting, expert in CRM, and ensuring client strategies are well-informed, compliant, and aligned with goals. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Implement comprehensive financial plans for new clients, maintain for current clients, and present at reviews
• Team expert and maintain proficiency in financial planning software
• Perform ongoing education & training of financial planning software to communicate material updates to the team Client Onboarding
• Assist marketing support with documents & agreements Personal Wealth Trading for PCA Models
• Team lead for creating, processing, managing all semi-annual personal wealth trading for PCA models
• Stay informed with processing trades on all platforms Cashflow Management
• Assist marketing support with personal wealth client contributions & distributions
• Manage quarterly billing Financial Analysis & Client Reporting
• Prepare projections, charts, financial plans, and other supporting documentation for client meetings • Stay current with changes in financial markets, legislation, and industry trends
• Liaise with clients and product providers when required, maintaining a high level of professionalism CRM (Advyzon)
• Ability to perform technical research and analysis, draw conclusions, apply appropriately and recommend solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of collaborative team
• Poised public speaker with proven ability to engage and present to a diverse audience of all sizes.
• Expert communication skills and the ability to communicate with others, verbally and in writing.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Series 65 or pass the Series 65 exam within the first 90 days of employment
• CFP® or pass the CFP® exam within the first 24 months of employment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Onsite Monday-Friday - ability to work hybrid after one year of employment
• Location: Cincinnati, OH
• Compensation: $70k-$90k (depending on experience) plus bonus opportunities.
