Press Brake Operator / CNC Operator - 1st Shift


Location: Delaware, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift


Position Overview


We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator and CNC Machine Operator to join a growing light industrial manufacturing team in Marion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating press brake and CNC machinery, reading blueprints, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production flow in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Operate press brake and CNC machines to bend, form, punch, or cut metal components according to specifications.

• Set up machines by selecting and installing the proper tools, dies, and programs.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.

• Inspect parts during and after production to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Perform machine adjustments and basic maintenance as needed to maintain proper operation.

• Monitor workflow and report material shortages, equipment issues, or process concerns.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all company and safety procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience operating press brake and/or CNC machinery in a manufacturing or light industrial setting.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Basic understanding of machine setup and programming adjustments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
