General Production Worker

Job Title: Production Associate - 1st Shift, $21/hour

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate in Delaware! We are hiring in production for summer months to help meet increasing customer demands. No extensive experience is required as we offer comprehensive training and onboarding. There will be opportunity for permanent employment based on company needs and associate's availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Use a tape measure accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.
• Participate in our mentorship program to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met consistently.

Essential Skills

• Comfortable working with a tape measure.
• Mechanically inclined with experience using hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, landscaping, home renovation, or general labor.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or machine operation.

Work Environment

Work in a leading engineered wood products and construction systems supplier. Our manufacturing operation is occasionally exposed to varying weather conditions. The majority of work is conducted in non-climate controlled environments with several production buildings. We have a strong focus on safety and quality, with ample room for expansion and growth.

This is a Contract position based out of Delaware, OH.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
