Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver Touch Freight

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking Dedicated CDL-A drivers for touch freight (hand unload) dry van routes with consistent weekly home time. Drivers will operate late-model tractors on dedicated lanes, carrying primarily dry van freight that requires manual unloading at customer sites. • Compensation: $1.39–$1.43 per mile; estimated weekly pay $2,000–$2,200. Paid orientation.

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform manual (hand) unloading at customer sites, ensuring freight is handled safely and professionally.
• Complete and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD), pre-trip/post-trip inspections, DVIRs, and trip documentation.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with dispatch and customers regarding schedules, delays, and delivery status.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and participate in required training and performance programs.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Satisfactory driving record demonstrating a safety-first orientation.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic trip documentation.
• Ability to perform manual unloading and lift items as required by route duties.
