As a Production Team Lead , you’ll oversee daily operations , ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently achieved. You’ll lead and develop a team of skilled operators, troubleshoot process issues, and work closely with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supervise day-to-day line operations to meet production schedules and efficiency targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators and technicians.
• Monitor quality output, ensuring adherence to specifications and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot process issues and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Maintain accurate production and downtime records.
• Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience in a plastics or aluminium processing environment
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles a plus.
