Administrative Assistant
Administrative / Accounting Coordinator
$18–$22/hr (based on experience) | Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Join a fourth-generation, family-owned food distribution company serving both retail and commercial customers. We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to support our leadership team and help keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Provide executive-level administrative support and manage daily office operations
Handle accounts receivable, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
Assist with collections, invoicing, and basic HR documentation
Communicate with vendors, track deliveries, and maintain organized records
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations role
Experience with AR, collections, and PO processing
Strong communication and organizational skills
Food distribution or restaurant industry experience a plus
